Before a single machine touches your property, we walk it with you and study the topo — figuring out what stays, what goes, and how the land wants to drain, grow, and hold up over time. That’s the iLand Way: clear smart, not just clear fast.

You call, you talk to the guy running the machine. iLandClearing.com is owner-operated — when you pick up the phone, you’re talking to Harlan, not a dispatcher reading off a script. The person who quotes your job is the same person who shows up and runs it.
Permaculture-minded clearing. We don’t bulldoze everything flat by default — we plan around what makes the land work better long-term.
Real equipment, no shortcuts. Forestry mulchers, track loaders, and attachments built for Texas brush and caliche, not rental-lot leftovers.
Straight answers on cost. Daily rates start at $1,900 (machine + operator, on site 9AM–6PM), with monthly contracts available for larger properties.
We show up. Reliable scheduling and cleanup that doesn’t leave you with more work than you started with.

How It Works

  1. Walk the property. We come out, look at the topo, and talk through what you actually want the land to do for you.
  2. Get a straight plan and price. No surprise line items — daily rate or monthly contract, your call.
  3. We clear it right. Machines on site, job done, cleanup included — burn or bury, your preference.

Based in Palacios, TX, and running jobs across the state — Austin, Dripping Springs, Bastrop, the Hill Country, out to Terlingua, and down to the coast. If you’re not sure we cover your county, ask — chances are we do.
