It’s classic Texas ranch and hunting country — mesquite and live oak scattered across native pasture, with granite and caliche ground that’s rougher on equipment than the limestone country to the east.
We clear brush and mesquite around granite outcrops without tearing up thin topsoil, and we scale the work to ranch-sized acreage rather than a single residential lot.
