Our Story

iLandClearing.com started with a simple realization: life is better outside.

After years behind a desk, founder Harlan Stanley made the leap — trading the cubicle for a cab, and spreadsheets for a topographical survey. The final push came from a conversation with a rancher who was fed up with unreliable operators and poor communication from other outfits. Harlan saw the gap and built a business to close it: one where the person who quotes the job is the same person who shows up and runs the equipment.

We’re owner-operated, which means when you call, you’re talking to Harlan — not a dispatcher reading off a script. We walk the property with you and figure out the smartest way to clear it, with an eye toward permaculture, not just bulldozing everything flat.

Established 2024. Based in Palacios, TX, we serve Austin, Dripping Springs, Bastrop, and surrounding Texas towns.

Absolute lifesavers! I hired iLandClearing.com to do some heavy bush clearing on my land in the Pflugerville / Travis County area, and they were incredible. As a single mom, finding reliable help that won’t overcharge you is so stressful, but they were super affordable and went out of their way to support me. Because they are owner-operated, the person who gave me the quote was right there doing the hard work, with zero runaround. They completely transformed my property, cleaned up thoroughly, and showed a level of honesty and kindness that is hard to find these days. I am so grateful and recommend them to everyone!

Used iLand to make a trench to run some new water and electrical lines. They also took an old tree stump out for me. They showed up on promptly and finished project on time.

Contacted iLandClearing about removing excess dirt from landscaping/fencing projects for new home. Harlan responded right away and came out the next morning. He expertly navigated around the trees and took great care to level the yard. The job was thorough and I greatly appreciate all the cleanup done to make the yard look so nice. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and most definitely contact him again for any land clearing projects
