Our Story
iLandClearing.com started with a simple realization: life is better outside.
After years behind a desk, founder Harlan Stanley made the leap — trading the cubicle for a cab, and spreadsheets for a topographical survey. The final push came from a conversation with a rancher who was fed up with unreliable operators and poor communication from other outfits. Harlan saw the gap and built a business to close it: one where the person who quotes the job is the same person who shows up and runs the equipment.
We’re owner-operated, which means when you call, you’re talking to Harlan — not a dispatcher reading off a script. We walk the property with you and figure out the smartest way to clear it, with an eye toward permaculture, not just bulldozing everything flat.
Established 2024. Based in Palacios, TX, we serve Austin, Dripping Springs, Bastrop, and surrounding Texas towns.
