How Land Levelling Works
- Survey the grade — We check current slope and drainage direction before moving any dirt.
- Plan the finish grade — Target slope set so water sheds away from structures instead of pooling.
- Cut & fill — High spots cut down, low spots filled to bring the site to grade.
- Base material & compaction — Base material placed and compacted where the site needs to support a structure or heavy use.
- Final check — Grade and drainage confirmed before we call the site ready.
